Who receives your enquiry
Sista Sista Creations, led by Lebohang Lwate, receives messages at WhatsApp 078 345 6103. Contact us there to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion where applicable.
What the website does
The event and partner forms prepare a message in your browser. Reviewing or downloading a brief does not send it to the business. If you open WhatsApp and tap Send, the details are sent through WhatsApp and handled under its terms and privacy practices. The website does not store these form details in a customer database or browser storage.
Why we request information
We use event details and contact information to respond to the enquiry, check availability, prepare proposals and discuss delivery. Partner applications are used to assess the business, its service area and possible collaboration. Submission is a request for contact about that enquiry, not consent to unrelated marketing.
Who may need project information
If a project proceeds, the relevant details may need to be shared with an approved delivery partner. The proposed team, responsibilities and necessary information will be discussed as part of confirming the project. Please do not include identity documents, banking credentials, confidential employment information or unnecessary personal information in an initial enquiry.
Portfolio permissions
Submitting a portfolio link does not automatically approve public use of the photographs. Before partner content is published, Sista Sista Creations will agree publication permission and credit, and request confirmation of the necessary copyright and privacy permissions. Please avoid sharing identifiable children or private guest information in an initial application.
Retention and your choices
Unsuccessful or withdrawn applications should be removed when no longer needed for the enquiry, unless a lawful retention duty applies. You can ask to withdraw an application or to correct or delete information by contacting Sista Sista Creations. Details required for an agreed project or a lawful record may need to be retained for that purpose.
Hosting and your device
The hosting service may process technical request data needed to serve and protect the website. A downloaded brief is saved on your device; you control that copy. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
